I was able to get this “Failure To Yield” while turning left ticket dismissed against my client. The other person at the intersection was also turning left. It was a “stale” yellow light. The point of impact clearly shows that my client started to turn first and the other driver should’ve yielded to her. Otherwise, the point of impact would be in the front, or, in the front left quarter panel. + 7
